This purchase is unacceptable!!!

Hello, my name is Sandra Patton and I recently purchased a doll from you and today I received it. This is the worst fraud I've ever seen!!

I have purchased hundreds of dolls and I've NEVER seen a doll so cheap in my life!! The "coos" I was supposed to hear was replaced with a big box inside the doll that does NOT "coo" but instead has a cheap rumbly cry for 3-8 seconds and then the box stops all together. The doll stops crying (thank God) and also stops breathing as well and it's a good thing it does because the cheap plastic plate inside pinches the stuffing inside. Yes, stuffing, the "weighted doll body isn't weighted at all!!

The only weight in the doll is the batteries that I had to put hase myself. Another thing, this doll is supposed to have hand painted hair??? The hair on this doll is NOT hand painted the hair on this doll is part of the cheap plastic not rubber material that this doll was supposed to be made with. Also, the legs and arms are hallow!!!

WHAT?? I'm so mad right now that I can't even think straight!!! Did you really think you could fool people?? Unbelievable!!!

If I don't have my money back in my bank account by January 19, 2024, I will contact the Better Business Bureau as well as Consumer Affairs and I will Blog you, Vlog you and flog you, out of business!!!

I'm sure at this point, there is no doubt whatsoever, that I want my money returned to my account right away!! When I say "right away ", I mean NOW!!

I will return the doll to you when I receive a call tag because there is no way, at all, that I will pay shipping for this item!! When you receive it, you can get your money back from the discount store where you purchased it!!

I can't believe I fell for this. I didn't realize that there are many websites like this one with similar images of pretty realistic dolls for what seems to be affordable price but it's a scam.

I did place my order on Sept 27th and just received my doll on October 7th. I was tracking my order the whole time worrying I wouldn't get my order. I was so excited to pen the box before my daughters birthday only to realize that the doll looks nothing like it was on original photo. Here is the phone side by side what I thought i would get and what I actually got.

The hair itself what threw me off and the fake long eyelashes.

I don't know why I fell for this scam. I emailed them but don't know if I'll get any response.

Avoid. Unless you want an item that looks like bpas clinical waste!

Beyond disappointed with my purchase.

In fact, the receipt of this doll has been a traumatic experience to say the least. The item was purchased for my daughter who is nine years old.

As I felt this was probably the last year that she would get any use out of it I gave in to buying, what I believe, to be at a very expensive toy.

The advertisement of the product is nothing like the real thing received. There is no better way of explaining this; the item received looks like a still born, premature baby or back alley abortion.This company should be disgusted, sending items out like this as they are barbaric and horrific for children!

10% refund of purchase price offered by company and when that was rejected communication stopped.

I wish I read reviews before I purchased the doll. Well here is my experience.

I ordered the doll on December 6th as a Christmas gift for my 3 year old daughter. I paid about $60 for the 12" doll. The doll arrived today and I can not even describe how disappointed I'm. This is truly ugliest, cheapest thing I ever seen.

Looks nothing like a photo on the website. It is not made of silicone like it says in description, but its made from hard plastic. This doll doesn't look like a baby, but kind of like an old woman with the make up. I feel very bad for wasting my money and time.

Baby doll was the only present my 3 year old asked from "Santa" for Christmas.

Please avoid buying from them. This people are scammers and lies.
